Touch-up requests:

Please contact us after the first 4 weeks and within 10 weeks of your tattoo date. (touch-up appointment can be done only within 3 months after tattoo). We will review your photos and confirm whether a touch-up is appropriate.

Adding up and additional elements are not covered by free touch-up (will be charged extra)

Urgent healing condition or skin problem concerns:

If you have worsening pain, significant redness or swelling, discharge, or a fever, seek medical advice promptly rather than waiting for our reply.
